Confirm the vessel portal using the QR or portal verification code.
Validate an electronic certificate by entering the Certificate ID.
Confirm authorized service personnel by Personnel ID.
Poseidon Marine Certificate System This portal supports onboard electronic certificate verification instructions in accordance with IMO REFERENCE / FAL-LEG-MEPC-MSC.1/Circ.1 ( 01.06.2026 ).

Poseidon Marine portal supports three independent verification flows: vessel portal code, certificate ID and personnel ID.

Vessel Verification

Enter the portal verification code assigned to the vessel.

Certificate Verification

Enter the Certificate ID printed on the electronic document.

Personnel Verification

Enter the personnel ID to view authorized service personnel information.

Vessel, certificate and personnel records are verified through the official Poseidon Marine electronic verification system.
